2025: The Active Remembrance Youth Programme (ARYP) comprises nine different youth exchange events throughout Europe. Young Europeans will explore and commemorate the Second World War from different perspectives. In October 2025, a youth exchange week will take place along the "1945 War Events" history trail in the Oder-Warta region.

2024 - 2027: Under the leadership of the town of Seelow, the project partners are developing new tourist routes and networks on two commemorative themes of particular importance to the Oder Warta region: "900 years of the diocese of Lebus" and "Expulsion, forced migration and loss of culture in 1945". The topics deepen the cross-border educational tourism offer of the Oder-Warthe region and strengthen the network Memory Connects.

2024 - 2025: In German-Polish cooperation under the leadership of the town of Seelow and with the support of the PRO EUROPA VIADRINA Euroregion, a cross-border history trail has been created that depicts the route taken by the Red Army in 1945 through our region towards Berlin, including key events of the war. Commemorative events in spring 2025 along the history trail will honour the many victims.

2019 - 2023: With the "Places of Remembrance Oder-Warta" funding project, the project partners City of Seelow (lead partner), City of Kostrzyn nad Odra and Municipality of Słońsk pursued the goal of networking the unique landscape of remembrance in the Oder-Warta region, making it visible and valorising it for tourism. The foundations for the cross-border tourism brand "Remembrance connects" have been laid.
